Pampos Ventures invests in pre-seed and seed stage technology companies, predominantly B2B plays in Education, Healthcare and Sustainability.
Why those three? You will hear us often refer to those three sectors as the ‘Quality of Life’ pillars of our investment thesis - and the reason is simple. We believe that Education, Healthcare and Sustainability are 1) personal to all of us and 2) have a direct impact on the quality of our life. Choosing to focus on those three sectors allows us to invest in innovation that not only has the potential to improve our lives, but also has the potential for significant Power Law and Triple Bottom Line returns.
We are also selectively backing technologies with disruptive potential outside of our core areas of focus (e.g., Odin), particularly platform plays with horizontal applications.
Originally from Athens, GR, Angelos came to London in 2006 to pursue a career in Finance, and very quickly found his way to M&A work. He has spent the last 18 years originating and executing transactions across a variety of sectors at a variety of different settings. Fascinated by the early-stage technology ecosystem, Angelos started investing in technology start-ups in 2019, building a portfolio of 30+ companies.
